To give you an idea: in\n2016 the value of horticultural production in greenhouses exceeded 2,500\nmillion euros<\/strong>, representing 43% of the total dollar value<\/strong> of this\nsector. Andalusia concentrates 80% of these crops and, specifically, in\nAlmeria, 55%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another important fact to consider for our economy: 65% of the production is exported!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With these relevant data, the Spanish farmer-entrepreneur has no choice but to devote special attention to caring for and optimizing the entire production process<\/em> of their crops because otherwise, they (and all of us) have a lot to lose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tests carried out during the 2018 and 2019 campaigns in crops in greenhouses (tomatoes, peppers, beans, onions, zucchini, or cucumbers) have left results very similar to those we have obtained in other crops such as strawberries, blueberries, citruses, potatoes, or alfalfa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shared action of the algae and the microorganisms<\/strong> cause the crops to experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Improvement <\/strong>of the fruit set and fattening<\/strong><\/li>
  • Increased and longer <\/strong>useful crop life<\/li>
  • Homogeneity <\/strong>of the crop<\/li>
  • Generalized improvement <\/strong>in crop health<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
